Henry C. Hardin, III

Henry established SCI Companies, the genesis of the SCI brand in 1985, with a vision to help employers develop their human capital, reduce administrative costs, and strengthen their strategic focus. In 1998, critical mass and scalable solutions made it possible for Henry to complete his vision with the launch of PlatformOne. PlatformOne serves the up-market by providing Clients with integrated HR technologies and scalable services supported by seasoned HR professionals.

Henry’s thought leadership has helped to establish new business models that advocate a customer centric approach in the HR industry. He has received national recognition for his unique HR delivery model with features in numerous publications including NAPEO’s PEO Insider and HRO Today. He has also presented at ASP World, NAPEO’s Annual Conference, the Human Capital Institute (HCI) Conference and the Outsourcing World Summit.

In 2009 Henry established Peo Resources with the goal of making multiple, top notch, vetted service provider choices available to small/medium size business customers. Since the inception of Peo Resources, Henrys long term, reliable relationships with industry leaders and their organizations has allowed the company to quote competitive, real value options from the most professional, established, dependable names in the business.

Daniel C. Botbol

Daniel is one of the founding members of the Peo Resources team. Experience and Knowledge in all aspects of business allows Daniel to effectively manage Peo Resources operational support and marketing.

Daniel was a founding principal and Vice-President of Tampa based AT&T/Atlantic, a joint venture formed in 1992 by privately held Atlantic Business communications and AT&T. The company grew substantially as a successful small business vendor/leader in telecom and telemarketing services. With a focus on service-oriented growth, Dan was key in managing the company to top annual revenue of 45M, 600 employees and 12 offices across the U.S. After 11 years of successful growth, the company was purchased by AT&T/Lucent in a mutually beneficial split.

Utilizing knowledge and experience gained from years of growing and operating a high growth business, Mr. Botbol formed his own business consulting firm. Since then, he has worked with PEO companies amongst others to improve operational and sales efficiencies. Evaluation details and facts gained in consulting allowed Mr. Botbol to have a clear understanding of PEO business organization, client service and sales challenges. This insight is part of what gives Peo Resources the edge in understanding and evaluating quality HR/Peo businesses for client selection.

Zephan Prokos

Since graduating from Florida State University in 2012, Zephan strove to establish himself in marketing in various early career fields. Upon being introduced to Beau Wilson and the HR industry, he found HR business support to be a necessary and key business tool, designed to help alleviate the workload and costs for companies in virtually all fields of business.

Zephan has developed a set of goals to help better serve his clients by assisting in alleviating administrative costs, helping employers develop their human capital, and aid business owners in strengthening overall productivity.

Zephan is from Boca Raton, Florida. He has a passion for sports and has been serving the soccer community for over 10 years as a Certified USSF Referee for the youth, adult, and college level; as well as playing recreational soccer.

Alexander Hahalis

Alex was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, graduating from Moravian College in 1990. He began his insurance career working for a prominent life and health insurance provider in 1995. During his time with this company, he earned his Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses. In 1998 Alex seized an opportunity to switch to the agency side, handling personal lines, life, health and small commercial accounts. In 2004, he began focusing on larger, harder to place commercial risks, including property owners associations, contracting, chemical manufacturing and distribution. At this time, Alex was concentrating on assisting clients and prospects in reducing their loss experience and increasing their profitability. In this pursuit, he focused on workers compensation; employing loss control as well as standard and alternative market client placements including, high deductible, retro, captives, PEO, ASO and EOR.

Alex has three children and enjoys running, hiking and golf. Also, he is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
